Edge Medical Centre’s Pathology Department is run by 4Cyte Pathology, one of Australia’s leading pathology services.

At Edge Medical Centre, in-house pathology collectors are able to collect samples for routine and some specialized testing. The samples are sent to 4Cyte Pathology's laboratory for analysis, ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient handling.

Patients will be advised during their consultation with their GP as to when test results will be ready. Patients should not call the Centre to request results over the phone but should make a follow-up appointment with their GP.
